Our Policies

At Eakley Stables, we strive to create a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all our guests. To ensure a smooth stay, we have established a few policies that we kindly ask you to follow.

What is your cancellation policy?

We offer a flexible cancellation policy. You can cancel your reservation up to 14 days before your check-in date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days will receive a 60% refund.  Cancellations made within 2 days will receive a 40% refund. 

Are pets allowed?

We love pets! However, we ask that you inform us in advance if you plan to bring your furry friend. A small pet fee may apply, and we have specific guidelines to ensure the comfort of all guests.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 3 PM to 11 PM, and check-out is by 10 AM. If you need to adjust these times, please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Is smoking allowed on the premises?

For the comfort of all guests, smoking is not permitted inside the studios. However, designated outdoor areas are available for smokers.
